Despite the current circumstances surrounding the Global COVID-19 crisis, Portfolio are continuing to offer our services, in line with UK Government guidelines, with accommodation still available in certain locations and apartments.
For many of our long term guests our apartments are their home, so it is our duty to support them as best we can. In order to protect both guests and our staff we have unfortunately had to cease all weekly service cleans - however we are still providing fresh linen, towels and cleaning products, as well as essential items that are difficult to purchase in supermarkets on a weekly basis. We currently have only 1 member of our housekeeping staff, following a strict hygiene & social distancing policy, working tirelessly to ensure our guests are well looked after and have everything they need. We are in direct communication with all of our residents to ensure their wellbeing at all times, and if a guest is self-isolating we can organise supplies to be dropped at their door.
In line with new UK Government guidelines, we will be accepting new arrivals if a guest is;

Living with us as their permanent abode (e.g. long-term assignees, overseas workers or resident guests) or as their interim abode, while their primary residence is unavailable (e.g. due to a travel ban or being displaced from their permanent home due to flooding or fire damage for example).
